Product Development FAQs

How we scope and evaluate a custom development need.

Can you develop a solution for our specific task?: We first assess feasibility and whether an existing product or adaptation can meet the need. Custom development proceeds only under an agreed scope and milestones.
What does the process involve?: Define the problem and requirements, review feasibility, develop a concept, then plan prototypes and validation as appropriate. Each stage has its own deliverables and decision point.
How long will it take and what will it cost?: Timing and cost depend on technical complexity, testing, sourcing, and manufacturing requirements. These are established through scoping rather than a standard promise.
Who owns the design and intellectual property?: Ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, and commercialization rights must be agreed in writing for the project before detailed development begins.
